This Report has been prepared for submission to the Governor under Article 151 of the Constitution. It relates mainly to matters arising from the Appropriation Accounts for the year 1983-81 and other points arising from audit of financial transactions of the Government of Kerala. It also includes:- {i) certain points of interest arising from the Finance Accounts for the year 1983-84; and (ii) comments on Integrated Rural Development Programme, National Rural Employment Programme, Accelerated programme of welfare for women and children and Nutrition programme, Western Ghats Development Programme, Muvattupuzha Irrigation Project, Supply of drinking water to problem villages and Stationery stores.
